YOUR VOTE COUNTS

Deception, lies, promising many things
When you stand for nothing, you'll fall for anything
The candidate even believes the lies in the press
And proclaims it as truth without checking it first

Over and over the lies are spread and spoken
Callous disregard for the truth leaves lives broken
Vicious personal attacks is not the honorable way
All the rhetoric is a sign of the world we live in today

It's not the political party that matters
It's a spiritual battle behind all the clatter
With every election the choice between good 
          and evil becomes even clearer
You will stand for God and life or fall for death
          and cower in fear

In this crucial critical crossroad election make your voice heard
Pray...seek the Lord....then vote how Jesus leads you in November
