Why not you?  Why not now?

One day I heard Jesus call me deep down in my soul:
He wanted me to follow Him-- "Why not you? Why not now?
For a long time I resisted Him, so I went my own way...
But today when I look back I thank God I'm saved

Jesus is here right now
He's calling to your soul
Why not you? Why not now?
Why not you? Why not now?

Come forward my friend and repent and turn to Him:
Jesus will be with you always, until the end...
He will lead you to be baptized in His precious Name,
Then you will receive the gift of His Spirit within

Raise your hands and thank Him for His lovingkindness and patience:
Worship your Creator who humbled Himself, came to earth and died for us

There's no excuse
There's only now...
