Trinity? What
Trinity?

Tonight I'm staring at the three
stars in a row in the sky...
I begin to think about my Creator and I really wonder why
Why do they say You are a trinity of three "persons" united?
Why is it a mystery? No questions allowed, and none invited
Hungry for The Truth I search
Your Word all night: I want to see...
Looking in the index: it's NOT there! Trinity? what trinity?
The word "trinity" is NOT in the Bible?!? that's unbelievable!
Soon my research tells me the trinity is just a man-made fable
How could something so important to knowing who God is NOT be there?
Why does everyone believe this lie?
Why doesn't anyone seem to care?
Soon I discover there is nothing
new (or three) under the sun
Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD...
and His name one
What about Jesus? Philip asked Jesus, Show us The Father
And Jesus basically said, You're looking at Him, look no further!
Jesus is Immanuel, the one, true almighty God manifest in the flesh
Jesus is the One, and His Name is the One above all the rest:
don't believe anything less!

Acts 2
[38] Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one
of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall
receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
[39] For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that
are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.
[40] And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save
yourselves from this untoward generation.
1 Timothy 3
[16] And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was
manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto
the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.
Ecclesiastes 1
[9] The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which
is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.
[10] Is there any thing whereof it may be said, See, this is new? it hath
been already of old time, which was before us.
Deuteronomy 6
[1] Now these are the commandments, the statutes, and the judgments,
which the LORD your God commanded to teach you, that ye might do them in the
land whither ye go to possess it:
[2] That thou mightest fear the LORD thy God, to keep all his statutes
and his commandments, which I command thee, thou, and thy son, and thy son's
son, all the days of thy life; and that thy days may be prolonged.
[3] Hear therefore, O Israel, and observe to do it; that it may be well
with thee, and that ye may increase mightily, as the LORD God of thy fathers
hath promised thee, in the land that floweth with milk and honey.
[4] Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD:
[5] And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with
all thy soul, and with all thy might.
[6] And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine
heart:
[7] And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt
talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way,
and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.
[8] And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall
be as frontlets between thine eyes.
[9] And thou shalt write them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy
gates.
[10] And it shall be, when the LORD thy God shall have brought thee into
the land which he sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to
give thee great and goodly cities, which thou buildedst not,
[11] And houses full of all good things, which thou filledst not, and
wells digged, which thou diggedst not, vineyards and olive trees, which thou
plantedst not; when thou shalt have eaten and be full;
[12] Then beware lest thou forget the LORD, which brought thee forth out
of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage.
[13] Thou shalt fear the LORD thy God, and serve him, and shalt swear by
his name.
[14] Ye shall not go after other gods, of the gods of the people which
are round about you;
Zechariah 14:9
[9] And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall
there be one LORD, and his name one.
John 14
[1] Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
[2] In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told
you. I go to prepare a place for you.
[3] And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you
unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
[4] And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.
[5] Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we
know the way?
[6] Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh
unto the Father, but by me.
[7] If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth
ye know him, and have seen him.
[8] Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us.
[9] Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou
not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest
thou then, Shew us the Father?
[10] Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words
that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me,
he doeth the works.
[11] Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe
me for the very works' sake.
Isaiah 7
[14] Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin
shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.
Matthew 1
[18] Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother
Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child
of the Holy Ghost.
[19] Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make
her a publick example, was minded to put her away privily.
[20] But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord
appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to
take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy
Ghost.
[21] And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name
JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.
[22] Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken
of the Lord by the prophet, saying,
[23] Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son,
and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with
us.
[24] Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had
bidden him, and took unto him his wife:
[25] And knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and
he called his name JESUS.
Ephesians 1
[16] Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my
prayers;
[17] That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give
unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:
[18] The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know
what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his
inheritance in the saints,
[19] And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to usward who
believe, according to the working of his mighty power,
[20] Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead,
and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,
[21] Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion,
and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is
to come:
[22] And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head
over all things to the church,
[23] Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.
