The Commandment

I wanted to know I had to find out
The preacher declared it again with a shout
You
You must
You must be
You must be born again
You must be born
again of the water
You must be
born again of the Spirit
At first I didn't understand what he meant
Then I checked out what Jesus said
You
You must
You must be
You must be born again
You must be born
again of the water
You must be
born again of the Spirit
I almost ran and fell on the altar that day
As I repented of my sins I heard them sing
You
You must
You must be
You must be born again
You must be born
again of the water
You must be
born again of the Spirit
Then I learned The Commandment to be baptized
It was the words of Jesus that opened my eyes
You
You must
You must be
You must be born again
You must be born
again of the water
You must be
born again of the Spirit
As I thanked Jesus and the tears just flowed
Jesus filled me to overflowing with the Holy Ghost!
You
You must
You must be
You must be born again
You must be born
again of the water
You must be
born again of the Spirit
I'm tellin you friend to just do it now
You
Repent and turn your life to Jesus somehow
You must
There is no other way to heaven but by Him!
You must be
Only the blood of Jesus can wash away your sin!
You
must be born again of the water
Get baptized in His Name!
You must be born again of the Spirit
You shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost!
You
You must
You must be
You must be born again
You must be born
again of the water
You must be
born again of the Spirit
Just do it!
It will be eternally worth it.
