Strategic Plan

Looking ahead for the next year or two or five
How will we grow?  How will we survive?
What people will be willing to do what it takes?
Will we accelerate wisely or put on the brakes?

Our vision is to see the fields white unto harvest
We need to be determined to give our all, give our best
Our mission is to into our world and teach them
We need to let them see Jesus in us and reach them

The strategic plans seems so daunting but it's so simple
It all comes down to being a true friend to people
Brothers and sisters tend to fight often without love
Friends stick closer than brothers when things get rough

At the end of the day when we realize what we've done together
The heavenly riches and rewards will be for 
    His glory,
        His kingdom,
                forever

John 4
[35] Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.
