A shocking death in the family
It's another sad day

A bad report from the doctor
It's another sad day
I know by-the-grace-of-God I'll get through this
I just hold on to Jesus today

.......I need to hear Him say

   Stay the course

   No matter what happens
   No matter what comes your way
   Stay the course with Jesus today

Laid off at work today
It's just another very sad day
But I know that my God shall supply and I'll get through this
I refuse to give up!  I'll hold on to Jesus today
