Purposelessness

No vision, no purpose, no goals to gain
The daily routine is always the same, the same
"Why change? we've been doing it this way for years"
"There's no reason to give into those future fears"

Drifting along just going through the motions
Low morale always affects everyone's emotions
The perception is that leadership doesn't care
Now is the time for everyone to clear the air

Juicy rumors spread around fast like a nasty virus
You see we all need a vision and purpose inside us
Finally leadership meets with everyone one day
Vision renewed, purpose perfected, goals reinstated

In the end everyone needs a vision, goals and a reason to care:
Unless I have some kind of purpose, I'm not going anywhere
