Asleep in my arms little Matthew breathes in peace
I remember the scare we all had that crazy first week
At first the situation looked dark and grim
There was the possibility that we'd lose him

 Matthew       we remember how we almost lost you
 Matthew       we only knew one thing to do
 Matthew       the prayers of the saints came through
 Matthew       means a gift from God
 Little Matthew       you're a gift from God above
 Little Matthew       you're truly a gift of God's love

PLEASE PRAY:  the saints of God faithfully answered the call
It's a Miracle!  Our Awesome God wonderfully answered them all!
The good news of Matthew's healing spread quickly throughout the land
We know somehow Matthew is part of God's awesome plan
