It's not time to run away

It's just a week after Easter
Do the people need a reminder?
Where have all the visitors gone?
In just a week they've all gone on?

The awful cruelty leading to Christ's crucifixion
Then He was buried + later The Resurrection
He willingly laid down His life for all of our sin
Jesus is the Only Way to enter into heaven

By not going to church you're starving, my friend
Your spirit needs to be fed even more this close to the end
Be determined to get as close to Christ as you can
He's knocking on the door of your heart just let Him in

            Remember God's love + passion for you today
           Come back home:  it's not time to run away
