I couldn't believe it when you said "I'm going to leave you"
I just can't believe that is something you would say or do
So here I am praying that you will not see it through
I pray it's just angry words and I hope it's not true

"I'm going to leave you"
I hope it's not true...

The first time I heard from Jesus, "I will never leave you"
I almost didn't believe that He said it and that it's true!
What an awesome promise from God that he will see us through
As long as we follow Him, for He is The Way and The Truth
