Cruising Under the Full Moon in June

Cruising under the full moon in June
Listening to the latest radio tune
Driving all night until the red dawn
Leaving all behind until we're gone

Vacation leaves the burdens for another day
Burdens can wait because we need to get away
Now it's time to drive and visit with friends
It will be a sad day when vacation ends

Cruising under the full moon in June
Listening to the latest radio tune
Driving all night until the red dawn
Leaving all behind until we're gone

Finally we arrive where we set our course
It's good to be far away from the source
Our only worries are what pictures to take
Sitting here with you laughing by the lake

Cruising under the full moon in June
Listening to the latest radio tune
Driving all night until the red dawn
Leaving all behind until we're gone

It's good to get to the place where you find:
Forgetting those things which are behind

Phillippians 3
[12] Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus.
[13] Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,
[14] I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
