Change of Plans
 

       I'm very sorry, sir and I'm very sorry, ma'am,
       Because there's been a change of plans--
       Your event has been cancelled--
       We will have to reschedule...

We always have to hope and pray and plan for the best,
But we also have to be prepared for the worst--
'cause just when you think you have it all figured out,
A change of plans comes your way and turns it around!

       I'm very sorry, sir and I'm very sorry, ma'am,
       Because there's been a change of plans--
       Your event has been cancelled--
       We will have to reschedule...

Our lives can get so busy we really have no "day of rest",
But sometimes Jesus may put our faith to the test--
Stop:  bow down now and thank Him for the change of plans--
It's a gentle reminder that your life is directed by His mighty hand!

Just remember when it happens, it may all seem so surreal:
Don't get too upset and too mad  --give it all to God--
--just play it all by ear--
