Back to School

Summer's slipping away...nights are getting cool
It's that time of the year to go back to school
I hope and pray they teach you The Golden Rule:
Do to others as you would have them do to you

Have the attitude of a winner when you return
Don't be a loser who burns only to get burned
Yes go to have fun but always be willing to learn
How you act and react is the lesson you earn

Every moment of every day let Jesus shine
Reach out to every one in truth and love every time
May God's blessing be sealed in you for a sign
Remember to always be positive, gentle and kind

       In the end at the end of each day,
              at the end of each grading period,
                     at the end of the school year
       You'll be at peace knowing you gave
               your all and your best for Him:
                      that's why you're here
