A Couple in Crisis

A couple in crisis marriage is a mess
Call the counselor lasting love has regressed
Hatred and anger deep depression reigns
Desperation asks "Is there hope?" "Can we be saved?"
Abusive actions and speech are simply a
symptom
When faced with the hidden truth they try to run
Changing the subject while denying the facts
One withdraws while the other one attacks
The counselor patiently listens while they
answer
Moved with compassion he silently prays for them
At the end of the session the couple finally agrees
To pray together with another couple on their knees
Praying, weeping, repenting together at the altar of God
Healing,
seeing, reconciling together shows the power of His love!
