2 Timothy 2
[22] Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity,
peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.
2 Peter 1
[5] And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and
to virtue knowledge;
[6] And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to
patience godliness;
[7] And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness
charity.
Philipians 3
[7] But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ.
[8] Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of
the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all
things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,
[9] And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of
the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which
is of God by faith:
[10] That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the
fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;
Galatians 5
[22] But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering,
gentleness, goodness, faith,
[23] Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
[24] And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the
affections and lusts.
[25] If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
[26] Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying
one another.
Psalm 47
[5] God is gone up with a shout, the LORD with the sound of a trumpet.
[6] Sing praises to God, sing praises: sing praises unto our King, sing
praises
Isaiah 40
[30] Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall
utterly fall:
[31] But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they
shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they
shall walk, and not faint.
Proverbs 3
[7] Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil.
Proverbs 4
[13] Take fast hold of instruction; let her not go: keep her; for she is
thy life.
[14] Enter not into the path of the wicked, and go not in the way of evil
men.
[15] Avoid it, pass not by it, turn from it, and pass away.
[16] For they sleep not, except they have done mischief; and their sleep
is taken away, unless they cause some to fall.
[17] For they eat the bread of wickedness, and drink the wine of
violence.
[18] But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more
and more unto the perfect day.
Proverbs 18:10
[10] The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into
it, and is safe.
