Living in the Land of Answered Prayer

I'm blessed to be living in the land of answered prayer
It's awesome to know God is not far away but near
Everything I have and everyone I love and know
Yes I know my whole life to Jesus I owe

Thanking Him for waiting and caring
Thanking Him for helping and sharing
Jesus is not slack concerning His promise
He's not like those of us who could care less

I'm blessed to be living in the land of answered prayer
It's awesome to know God is not far away but near
Everything I have and everyone I love and know
Yes I know my whole life to Jesus I owe

When I talk with Him I'm different I know
When I walk with Him I'm at peace in my heart
Who wouldn't want the assurance of His peace and rest?
Not peace as the world gives: with His peace I am blessed!

In the land of answered prayer there is a place waiting for you
Repent right now, bow down, and Jesus will lift you up 
        and you'll see His truth
